ELECTRO-STATIC PROCESS

State of the art process for painting any metal surface indoor & out. All products are E.P.A. & O.S.H.A. approved for indoor use. We will match any color or custom make a special color. The elector-static painting process is very unique in that it allows for onsite painting with no overspray, paint particles or paint dust in an office environment.

The paint is charged with 90,000 volts of electricity and our transformer generates 250 milliamps, producing, static-electricity, all metal surfaces are then grounded thus leaving the paint no place to go but to the grounded metal surfaces.

Our crews are prepared to provided this process either during the off-hours during the week or on weekends as needed. In addition this Electrostatic process is ideal for refinishing equipment in hospitals, gymnasiums, laboratories, country clubs, health spas, etc. In addition this process can be used successfully on outdoor items as fences, railroad vehicles, heavy duty equipment and doors.
